Food from the Fire
We provide catering for weddings, parties and events and can also be found at the occasional fair or festival.
We are passionate about sourcing local, fresh and seasonal ingredients and cooking them over wood and charcoal.
We cook over a wood-fire, but our methods can range from traditional barbecues to atmospheric, open-fire roasts to 12-hour, slow-cooked feasts in our custom-built smoker.
Fairs and Festivals
We can be found at a number of fairs and festivals around Sussex. Look out for our beautiful, A-frame, chestnut stall where we would love to serve you one of our delicious dry-aged beef or wild venison burgers, or slow-cooked, wood-smoked meat dishes.
Weddings, Parties and Events
We work with you to produce a truly memorable meal, served to be shared from the centre of tables, or buffet style from our outdoor kitchen. We cook off-grid on hardwood logs and local charcoal, creating an atmospheric and theatrical event.
We offer a range of wood-fired cooking styles from whole animals on a spit to slow-cooked joints from the smoker, served alongside colourful salads, grilled vegetables and vegetarian options.
